Before You Begin
How to Take This Assessment
- Answer for today, not your ideal self. Each statement should reflect where you actually are right now — not who you want to be or believe you should be. Honest answers produce useful results.
- If a statement is unclear, score it 3 or lower. Uncertainty about a concept usually means it isn't yet active in your life. That's valuable data — not a gap to paper over.
- There are no right answers. This assessment is designed to reveal your starting point, not judge it. Wherever you score, the report will show you a clear path forward.
